Membership in RoseAllen Plantation provides members and guests with the best quail, dove, deer, and turkey hunting in Georgia plus year-round access to unspoiled land. With its secluded yet convenient location, RoseAllen Plantation is also an excellent setting for business retreats.

General/Fishing Membership - For members and their guest looking for the ideal country get-a-way or a place to fish throughout the year. Our General Membership includes year-round fishing privileges plus discounts on quail, turkey and dove shoots. The cost of our General/Fishing Membership is $500.00.

Quail Membership - For members looking for a plantation to bring guest and clients for quail hunting. Our quail memberships include: The opportunity to harvest 500 quail, year round fishing and use of the lodge, plus Discounts on turkey hunts and dove shoots. Two on one guiding is available for $100 per guide. The cost of our Quail Membership is $8,500 per year.

Gold Bird Hunting Membership - For members looking for a plantation to bring guest and clients for quail and dove hunting. Our Bird Hunting Memberships includes the opportunity to harvest 125 quail, plus discounts on turkey hunts and all dove shoots, year-round fishing, and use of the lodge. Two on one guiding is available for $100 per guide. The cost of our Gold Bird Hunting Membership is $2,950.00 per year.

Gold Dove Hunting Membership - For members looking for a plantation to bring guest and clients for dove hunting. Our Gold Dove Hunting Memberships includes discounts on quail and turkey hunts and all dove shoots, year-round fishing, and use of the lodge. Two on one guiding is available for $100 per guide. The cost of our Gold Dove Hunting Membership is $1,600.00 per year.

General Dove Hunting Membership - For members looking for a plantation for seasonal dove hunting membership. Discounts on quail and turkey hunts and all dove shoots. The cost of our Gold Dove Hunting Membership is $600.00 per year.

Big Game Membership - Deer, Turkey - Memberships include member, and children under 18.

Deer Hunting: Each membership is limited to 2 bucks and 5 does per membership. Bucks must be 4 points on one side and have a spread outside ears. Stands are located throughout the property. Deer hunters sign up for stand locations in advance.

Turkey Hunting: One turkey included per membership. Additional turkeys $350.00 per bird. No jakes. 2 on 1 guiding available for $100 per day.

Fishing - (year round) Bass, blue gill and catfish. Boats included.

Lodging Cost - Bunk House: May - September: $20 per person, October - April: $30 per person. Main House: May –September:$50.00 per person, October-April $75 per person.

Cost - The annual cost for a Big Game Membership is $4,100.00.

Sportsmen Memberships include:

Quail Hunting - (October 1st - March 31st) Opportunity to harvest 125 birds. Additional birds are $7.00. Members and their guest can hunt their own dogs or guides are available for $100 per guide for guide, dogs and field transportation.

Deer Hunting - Each membership is limited to 2 bucks and 5 does per membership. Bucks must be 4 points on one side and have a spread outside ears. Stands are located throughout the property. Deer hunters sign up for stand locations in advance. .

Turkey Hunting - One turkey included per membership. Additional turkeys $350 per bird. No jakes. Two on one guiding available for $100 per day.

More Information on Hunting at RoseAllen Plantation

Dove Shoots. We do everything possible to have doves year round. The planting of wheat in the winter and then corn, sunflowers, sorghum, sesame, browntop millet, and Egyptian wheat, plus seasonal disking has proved to be a big success. If you love to hunt doves, this is the place. Dove shoots will be held at the Plantation and on other area fields depending upon migratory patterns and availability of birds during the season. Dove shoots are usually preceded by lunch and/or dinner at the Lodge. We can accomodate as many as four or five excellent shoots during the season. Members are permitted to invite additional guests for an additional fee.

Deer Hunting (September 9 - January 15)
RoseAllen Plantation’s deer management techniques are state-of-the-art. From mid-February though the summer we feed the deer soybeans and peanuts. We also have a year-round food plot program. Tower and ladder stands are located throughout the property. RoseAllen Plantation’s stands have been constructed with hunter comfort, safety, and concealment in mind. Bucks harvested must have eight points and antlers extending outside the ears.
     Archery Season: September 9 thru October 20
     Firearms: October 21 thru January 15
     Limit 2 Bucks*/4 Does or more per management per membership
*Second Buck must be larger than the first.

Turkey Hunting (March 24 - May 15)
We have one of the best turkey management programs in South Georgia. We are always looking for better ways to manage brood habitat, food plots and overall habitat for turkey and it shows in the quality of our hunting. We have excellent habitat and an abundance of turkeys, but there is a limit of one turkey per hunter per day.

Quail Hunting (October 1 - March 31)
When it comes to wild quail, we spare no expense. It would be cheaper and easier to just release some tame birds. RoseAllen Plantation has always maintained a very healthy quail population and our intense quail management programs have made the hunting even better. You need to book early because we have a limited number of quail hunts per year.

Fishing

We have three beautiful ponds, and the Ohoopee and Altamaha rivers are just around the corner. Take the afternoon, or 2 or 3 days, and enjoy fishing our trophy-managed ponds or the rivers.
